THE CONSTITUTION OF
GEORGIA
The people of Georgia
whose strong will is to establish a democratic social order, economic
independence, a social and legal state, to guarantee universally recognized
human rights and freedoms, to strengthen the state
independence and peaceful relations with other countries, announce to
the world this Constitution based upon many centuries of state
tradition and the main principles of the 1921 Constitution.
